About prayer times in Istanbul
Istanbul is at 41.01° north, 28.98° east, and uses the Europe/Istanbul timezone, so every time on this page is local Istanbul time, including any daylight-saving change. By default it follows the Diyanet, Türkiye method, the convention most used in Türkiye. Daylight ranges from 9h 27m around 18 December to 15h 22m around 17 June, which is why prayer times here move by 3h 27m for Fajr across the year.
Ramadan 1448 is predicted to begin around 8 February (subject to moon sighting). In Istanbul a fast, from Fajr to Maghrib, is predicted to last between 12h 02m and 13h 13m during the month. Unsure which method your mosque uses? Our calculation methods guide compares all twelve.
