Prayer Times in Rovaniemi, Finland

Rovaniemi is at 66.50° north, 25.73° east, and uses the Europe/Helsinki timezone, so every time on this page is local Rovaniemi time, including any daylight-saving change. By default it follows the Muslim World League method, the convention most used in Finland. Daylight ranges from 2h 14m around 21 December to 23h 17m around 5 June, which is why prayer times here move by 6h 32m for Fajr across the year.

Ramadan 1448 is predicted to begin around 8 February (subject to moon sighting). In Rovaniemi a fast, from Fajr to Maghrib, is predicted to last between 9h 40m and 12h 39m during the month. Because Rovaniemi is above 48° latitude, the sun may not sink far enough for true Fajr or Isha in summer; on 31 days this year the times use an approximation, which the page explains.
